How unwatchable is such a series? I forgot they played each other in the 2006 NLCS and that the Mets took the Cardinals seven games. And that Steve Trachsel actually started a game for the Mets in that NLCS.

You're confused. They canceled the postseason in 2006 (in remembrance of Cory Lidle, if I'm not mistaken).
