OK A-holes.  It's fixed.  Enjoy the orange links, because I have no fucking idea how to change them.  I basically learned scripting in four days to fix this damned thing. - Andy

Congrats to the 15,000 Cardinals fans who remained to see the walk off!

lol

Also I found this interesting:

Stephen Piscotty, first 476 major league PAs, 2015-2016:
.313/.378/.495, 13 HR, 8.6 % BB, 19.5 K%, .373 BABIP, 138 wRC+

Next 450 PA, 2016-2017:
.245/.315/.426, 16 HR, 7.3% BB, 22.9 K%, .289 BABIP, 99 wRC+

Considering this goober has been a negative value baserunner so far in his career I doubt he's going to be legging out many more .350+ BABIPs (he usually hovered right around .300 in the minors) so I'm thinking the second guy is closer to the "real" Piscotty than anything. Congrats, the next great Cardinals player is actually Matt Murton.
I will vow, for the sake of peace, not to complain about David Ross between now and his first start next year- 10/26/2015

Is Kolten Wong the next Bobby Hill (RIP)?

Cardinals fans hoping for a shot in the arm got just that last night.

QuoteSt. Louis police said the incident simply "amplifies our yearly message of encouraging 'Fun Without Guns.'"

Indeed.

They both were, because both were better than that overrated Bryant guy.

There are very few things in life that I enjoy more than the Cubs sweeping the Cardinals.

Hummers, maybe.  Kuma's Led Zep.  Two or three really good martinis.  But that's about it.

On an unrelated note, how's your fitness routine going? Are you still running? I'm up to 10K two or three days a week. Thinking about a half marathon in the future.

Running in South-East Asia is basically impossible: even if you can find somewhere to do it (and mostly, you can't) it's way too hot and humid.  My weight's pretty stable though, at least, so although I'll be more or less starting from scratch when I get back, I'm hopeful that I'll get back up to speed pretty quickly.
