Based on the redband trailer (NSFW - Language), this will either be awesomely funny or a big bucket of suck - no middle ground here.

Also: Mila Kunis is secksy.

The trailer made me laugh, but I know better than to read into that.

I'm not a big Seth McFarlane fan, but who knows? Even Judd Apatow made a funny movie.

So, which single venture of Apatow's are you declaring funny?

I thought 40 Year Old Virgin was good. Most of them are, 30 minutes of good jokes, 30 minutes the main character falling into darkness, then 20 minutes of tying it all together - in that order.

"Funny movie" vs. "movie with funny jokes" is the "singer" vs. "vocalist" of film comedies.

Just curious. I've thought a few others were decent (plus Freaks and Geeks on TV), but his movies are generally polarizing.

Yeah, I'm not familiar with the idea of Apatow's films being "polarizing".

Seriously?  They're comedies, not polemics.

Come now.  You don't think that there are two camps on the propriety of taking a dump in the middle of a busy street?

That's just comedy, Stew. People don't have opposing viewpoints on it.
