They're eeking out wins against horseshit teams and lost to a New Orleans squad missing Anthony Davis. I question how long they can keep up the frenetic playing style that has netted them these three narrow wins. We'll find out pretty soon what kind of road team they are and whether they can beat a decent opponent anywhere.

Here's how I see it playing out.

Thu. vs. OKC - L
Sat. Vs. Minn - W
11/12. vs. Bos. - L
11/14 @ PHX - W
11/17 @ LAC - L
11/18 @ Por - L
11/21 @ Hou - L
11/24 @ Mil - L
11/26 vs. Mil - W
11/28 vs. Dal - W

Record at the close of November: 7-7.

Which is pretty much what we had them pegged for. And then they go back to playing more shitty Eastern conference teams including a certain division rival who is falling apart as we read this tripe.

Watch them go 5-11 in December though.*

And we're basing your win/loss predictions off your gut feel on what will happen each night?
The bulls can beat any of those team on any given night, on effort and defense alone.

The bulls are exactly who we said they'd be, with injuries to other teams, Slaky is right, the bulls are looking better and better each day. I think my top 5 in the east prediction might be a lock.

I assume you left out the rest of the conference standings because it shows that Chicago is currently closer to 9th than it is to 3rd. Not that any of this matters right now.

It doesn't. But so far it's playing out exactly like we said. The Conference stinks. The Bulls play tough enough defense to win some games. They aren't even close to those top three teams but they're better than the rest of the crap on most nights.

They're ahead of four teams by a cunt hair. I don't believe the evidence is there that empirically states they're better than Brooklyn, Milwaukee, Indiana and Boston on most nights. The good news is, we will get to see if they are or not. I'm going to toss Philly out of the equation. Bynum doesn't look like he's coming back anytime soon and that trade has backfired on them big time. However, a lottery pick might be just what Doug's doctor ordered. Thibs should watch and learn.

Ok. God damnit.

Maybe we can throw Boston out too. Chicago should finish no lower than 7th. They can finish as high as 3rd depending on what the Hawks do trade-wise. I'm not all that impressed with the Bulls but I don't think anybody is and it doesn't matter. Their style wins games in the regular season. If they can maintain this pace and the physical toil that accompanies it from January - March, they'll be in the hunt for the 4th seed. I still think Indiana and Brooklyn will improve. The Bucks are who we thought they were. Philly and Boston are dogshit despite high hopes for them.

That's where we agree. I think we all agree. The Bulls are stale as two week Butternut and yet they're still good enough to win enough games to get them into the playoffs. I didn't actually think they'd get home court (did I?) but they're definitely a playoff team and that's all I said from the start.

Fun playin games with ya heart.

Also, if Noah keeps this up does anyone think they could trade him into some hot goods?

I'm with both of you. Trade him while value is high is great, keeping him at a reasonable salary (compared to other centers) is also great.  Would be nice to see Garpax trade someone from the "core" when their value is high, they haven't done that before.

YES.

Noah would be a great center to win a championship with.  Kevin Love at the 4.  Deng at the 3.  Keith Bogans at the 2.  DRose at the point.  Game over.  Trade the whole bench for Love and just play with 5 guys.  They could afford to be tired at the end of games b/c they'd be up by 40.

Absolutely. And if they can't they could do just fine by keeping him around. I'm going to go kill myself now.

BUMPING this again for fun.

Ok. God damnit.

Maybe we can throw Boston out too. Chicago should finish no lower than 7th. They can finish as high as 3rd depending on what the Hawks do trade-wise. The guy has exceeded all of my expectations and stopped acting like a total gash. There you go. Have your moment.
