To be fair, I didn't participate in that business. It just happened to start because of a (stupid) disagreement (which was my fault) about Nomar Garciaparra (about which I was wrong). Other people went a little overboard.

It was a lot of fighting about which Cubs site was better. It was weird. In retaliation, some people from CubsTalk started posting tranny porn on the board here and, I believe, TJ Brown had to call Andy at work to remove it. And we were all like, "You have Andy Dolan's phone number?!"

As mentioned, he's a shameless self-promoter on Twitter and that's annoying, so I'll give you that. Only loosely related, he's also followed/unfollowed me on Twitter no less than seven times which I can't really blame him for (the unfollowing, that is). The behavior is a bit weird though.

I concede he covers almost everything, but I just find his writing style, voice, tone, whatever you want to call it, annoying.  Things like this are annoying too, I guess, but I just don't like reading him.  Still though, he's unquestionably streets ahead of Yellon, so, you know, at least he's offering a cup of ice water to people in hell and stuff.
