Saw a new beer out of the corner of my eye at the local beer-o-rama last night and since I had to WEEBSFIRST it, figured I'd pass along that Sierra Nevada is introducing an Autumn Brown Ale for 2010 called Tumbler. 

I only had one, so don't want to rush to judgment, but found it pretty unremarkable.

I imagine it's going to be very readily available everywhere soon, but I don't think (at first sip) that it stacks up well to a lot of other SN products.

The packaging is pretty cool though.

I didn't try it.

I left work a little early intentionally so I could bring home different beer to diffuse the Apridebacle.

However, with 4 cold ones in the fridge, I assure you that I will end up trying it in the next few days and will provide a full report.

DFH Chicory Stout tonight - what a wonderful beer, though not that fitting for 110 degrees, which is probably why it's a winter seasonal that's been on the shelf for 8 months.

Still, glorious.

Glad you enjoyed the 90 minute, though I can imagine how one would feel after downing 4 of them at 9% ABV.
