That's $1 cheaper than I got it, which is awesome, since I'm roughly 1000 miles closer to the brewery than you.

Which, in your view, means the beer tastes better.

Considering that the beer is made there, yes, it would be better if you could get it fresher and sooner, particularly something like a DIPA.

Chicago is closer to India than Scottsdale is.

Our IPAs are more authentic and taste better.

You buy beer made in India?

There's nothing wrong with Indian beer.  Kingfisher and Cobra both go down a storm with a curry.

so eat shite food and any beer tastes good. Got it.

This! Glasgow has a good Indian restaurant (the only one I've been to but it was excellent) called Shimla Pinks. Ever been?

I don't know that one, Slak - but the truth is that you can walk into pretty much any curry house in the UK and have a better than even chance of getting a fantastic meal.  If you're in Birmingham or Manchester, you'll struggle to find a bad one.

Man, I worked in downtown Manhattan. everything down there was either Kababs or curry. I've had plenty of "Taste of Tandoor/Bengal/wherever" (pick the place with the most taxis parked outside)...Thai curry? Now you're talking.

I had some authentic Indian food for the first time about a year ago in San Antonio of all places.  I've been to San Antonio all but that one time, but I was told that the restaurant was legit.  I have to say that Indian food is pretty damn good.  I liked the naan, but I'm a bread fiend.

Samosas, saag paneer, chicken tikka, tikka masala, vindaloos are all great.. my favorite is murgh makhani, chicken in a tomato butter sauce..
all outstanding. Fork is still wrong.

Couple of really good places to eat Indian food there...  Can't recall the name, but there was one that specialized in Southern Indian cooking.  The masala dosa in this place was off the charts.  I was dating a girl there at the time whose family was from Kerala...  Mom was a badass cook and made some of the best plates I have ever had, Dad liked to drink Pinch or "The Dimple" scotch.  Those were good times.

Stupid whore ruined everything.

PS:  I like beer.
