Fantasy League - Simmer's Keepers

I'm guessing he's not going to miraculously show up and submit his keepers. 

He might enter them into the system himself, but seems doubtful.

Assuming he doesn't show, should we take the 5 keepers I assigned him earlier and give him those, or just have his team draft without any keepers?

I say use those 5 because they were protected in the expansion draft.

I'm going to put in the 4 good protected guys and move on. 

He doesn't need Rajai Davis in the 12th, that's terrible.
