I want Ted Cruz to somehow get the nod because I want to see the country's referendum on his very fucking existence. I want to see his career go down the shitter. I want to be the one who flushes.

If the head Republicans in charge continue to oppose Trump, and manage to steal the nomination from him, then you may very well get your wishes.

Honestly, as the drama unfolds, I can't help but feel giddy. I hope reality doesn't make me regret this feeling in November.

It's a real wise move on the Republicans' part to send someone as inspiring as Romney to bring a message of clarity to the base.

It's hilarious that they think sending anyone from the Republican Party establishment that Trump has (accurately) painted as a bunch of failures to dissuade people from voting Trump will work. He'll just double down and his followers will love him more.

They'd be better off asking the Duck Dynasty dude to condemn him.

Frankly, they'll be best suited assassinating him just before the election and focusing on midterms and beyond.

Pretty confident Romney sent himself out.  He used his magic sunglasses to read the magic plates while wearing his magic underwear to know he was the magic savior of the party he was previously unable to save.

For someone who was really quick to call out Ted Cruz for "New York Values" being slang for anti-semitism, that's nice hypocrisy.
I can't believe I even know these people. I'm ashamed of my internet life.

Yeah to be fair to Chuck I think most Americans for whatever reason have decided Mormonism is kinda fair game to mock. Like Scientology.

I think the tithing for being a Mormon is a bit cheaper than being a Scientologist.

And instead of a billion year contract, you get to be Jesus to a whole planet when you die!

I think that the strategy to beat Trump is clear. Attack him about pointless things and let him rant about it on tv and during the debates. People attack his hand size, and he starts talking about how beautiful they are and how he's well hung during a debate. Why is nobody talking about his hair? His awful "tan"?
