It sets up Arrieta-Lester-Lackey-Hendricks as your 1 through 4. That's been the assumed situation most of the year. One could (and probably should) argue for Hendricks climbing his happy ass up higher.

Joe's already been reserving a 100 P max limit for the last couple of weeks, wouldn't surprise me to see them go to the 6 man or even piggyback some starters with nobody going more than 5 and Cahill/Zastryzny coming in for 2-3 innings.

If you want to get really down in the weeds, maybe it should depend on who they're playing. Like, if they end up facing the Dodgers, maybe you want Hendricks pitching in L.A. because that park suppresses offense so much, so his higher rate of contact would play better than Lester or Arrieta there.

It's also possible to overthink this stuff, I guess.
