The death of Manager Jim was a very good idea for the show.

That's really what matters here. Some normalcy would be nice.

They're doing too much.  Nothing happens in an office.  I work in one.  I know.  The funny stuff is in the everyday exchanges.  I know.  I crack myself up every single day in an office.  In an OFFICE.  I could tell you guys some stoooorrrries.  Wow.  But you probably wouldn't really get them because you wouldn't have a frame of reference.  That's why my office isn't a sitcom.  It's for real.  It's in your face.  It gets in your nostrils.  I wear it home every day and I don't take it off until I take it off.

What the crap were we even talking aboot.  You guys always get me slidetracked.

I liked the episode, but HATE Kathy Bates' character.  She's more out of place on this show than TDubbs at a library.

Catch TDubbs once, Carl Monday, shame on you.

I know it's juvenile, but I laughed wholeheartedly every single time those dogs were noseblowing Nard Dog's crotch.

At the end, I feel like we got a big "Here, we know this is what you really want" from the writers as they sat Jim at his desk and made him put Dwight's tie in his own coffee.  Pam's smile said it all.  Also, Dwight's "Michael!" to end it made me happy.

Good episode.

I thought Kevin was dating that one chick.  What happened there?

I usually don't like birthing episodes, but this one was pretty good.  I wish someone would've given us new cabinets while we were at the hospital.

DPA(wesome guy)

I also liked how the nurse was clearly not a fan of Jim's, which made me think of the episode where the dude said that maybe they weren't as charming as they thought they were.

When the nurse told Pam she could just feed the baby a bottle and Pam said no, she had heard that bottle-feeding is detrimental, I loved how quickly the nurse shot back "oh, okay.  You know everything." and then shot a quick eyeroll at the camera.  That was solid.
I think he's more of the appendix of Desipio.  Yeah, it's here and you're vaguely aware of it, but only if reminded.  The only time anyone notices it is when it ruptures (on Weebs in the video game thread).  Beyond that, though, it's basically useless and offers no redeeming value.

That, among other things, gave me a deep sense of dread.

The swaddling thing was funny, too.  She's so strong.  What am I just supposed to fold her arms down?  It seems so wrong.
